Recovery Helpline

On May 11th, 2017, Columbia County Pathways to Recovery launched a recovery helpline.  The helpline, which can be reached by calling 877-HOPE-365 (877-467-3365); 9am to 9pm 7 days a week / 365 days a year, offers the following services:

  • Information
  • Resources
  • Referrals
  • Connections to other local recovery programs

We are not a crisis hotline.  If you are in a crisis situation, you should call the Columbia-Greene Mobile Crisis Assessment Team (MCAT) at 518-943-5555.  They operate 8am – 10pm / 7 days a week.  If you have a medical emergency, you should dial 9-1-1 immediately.

Our Recovery Helpline is staffed by trained volunteers.  Most have some type of experience with the recovery community; either from personal experience or with a loved one.  We’re here to help and to provide hope.

Everyone deserves to find the path to recovery that works for them. There is help and there IS hope in recovery.

If  you are interested in learning more about volunteering for our recovery helpline, please send us an email and we’ll send the information right out to you.
